Manyu Elements from the Republic of Cameroon, residing in Montreal and its environs, conscious of the need to protect and promote the socio-cultural values of Cameroon, willing to foster the spirit of unity, love and solidarity among Cameroonians in Montreal and other cities in Canada, do hereby establish Association Culturelle Manyu also known as Manyu Elements Cultural Association (MECA) Montreal.
